How will I get my Rebate ?

My Disbursement Instructions:
Please email the final signed Closing Disclosure (CD) to [email protected]. For your reference, a link to a sample CD is provided below. Ensure that the CD you submit is signed on the final page. You can find this document in the closing packet you receive from the title company, or you can ask your title company to send it to you.

Once the CD is received, you will receive two emails within 48 hours: one requesting your bank details and another containing a DocuSign link for the W9 form.
Funds will be disbursed within 7 business days, by the following Monday.

What is your commission for New Home Purchase in Texas ?

My commission would be $500. For a $500K house, the builder offers a 3% commission to the buyer’s agent, totaling $15K.
From this commission, I retain $500, and you have the option to apply $14.5K toward closing costs or transfer the funds to your personal bank account. Depending on lender requirements, we can also split the funds for closing costs and wire the remaining amount accordingly.
Realtor bonuses, separate from commissions, incur an additional $500 charge.
