Georgia Real Estate: How Much Can You Save With a Buyer Rebate?
For a house priced at $500K, the builder offers a 3% commission to the buyer’s agent, totaling $15K.
I retain $1000, and you can apply $14 K toward closing costs. If your lender doesn’t permit this, I keep $1100 and transfer $13.9K to your bank account.
The rebate is processed within 7 to 10 business days via ACH. A W9 is required to avoid taxation on rebate amounts.
Realtor bonuses, separate from commissions, incur an additional $500 charge.
For Every 100000$ of Sales Price, $130 fee will be collected.
